There is no contact form on this site. A form would mean collecting and storing what you typed, and this site collects nothing, so email is the only channel.

By email

Messages are read by the EAS company s.r.o. editorial team. Most replies go out within a few working days. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy sets out; put "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.

By post

Post is slower than email and is best kept for formal correspondence. If you write by post and want a reply by email, say so and include the address.

What we can help with

• Corrections — anything in the course that is wrong, out of date, or unclear.
• Questions about how the site is funded, which the Affiliate Disclosure may already answer.
• Requests about your personal information under the Privacy Policy.
• Accessibility problems: a page that does not work with a screen reader or keyboard is a defect and we would like to know.

What we cannot help with

• Support for a game, a game account, a password or a payment. We are not the publisher of any game and have no access to anyone's account. Contact the game's own support through its own website.
• Recovering a hacked or suspended account, for the same reason.
• Personal advice on whether to buy something, or on what suits a particular person.
• Technical support for your computer.

If you believe you have encountered a scam, Scamwatch takes reports. For serious online abuse, the eSafety Commissioner has a complaints process. For a privacy complaint you are not satisfied with our handling of, the OAIC is the next step.

What happens to your message

Your email, including your address, any name you give, the message and any attachment, sits in a mailbox at our email service provider until it is no longer needed. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Retention and the rest of the detail are in the Privacy Policy.
