1. Who publishes this site
plainpulse.online is published by EAS company s.r.o., Svahová 986/6, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, company registration 04639651, contactable at info@plainpulse.online. Reading the site means these terms apply between you and that company.
2. What the site is
It is a written course of five steps about online multiplayer games on desktop computers, published for general information. It is free to read and requires no account. There is nothing to buy here and nothing to join.
3. It is information, not advice
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind — not legal, not financial, not security, not medical, and not advice about your particular circumstances. The course sets out general guidance and points to primary sources so that you can check things yourself. Decisions you make after reading it are your own.
4. It is not accredited training
There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification. The word "course" describes the shape of the writing — five steps in order, each with a checklist — and nothing more. No Australian or foreign education authority has accredited or recognised this material.
5. Product details change
Where the course describes how a product or category typically works, it describes the position at the last review shown in the footer. Publishers change requirements, prices, terms and features whenever they like. Check the vendor's own current material before acting, and treat any conflict between this site and a vendor's statement about its own product as resolved in the vendor's favour.
6. Third-party sites
This site links to other sites, including Australian government bodies and a paid affiliate link described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or handling of your information. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Accuracy and availability
The course is reviewed at least twice a year, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error, nor that the site will be available without interruption. If you find a mistake, tell us.
8. Your use of the material
You may read, print and share these pages for personal or household use, including printing the checklists for people you know. Republishing the text commercially, or presenting it as someone else's work, is not permitted. The text and design remain the property of EAS company s.r.o.
9. Trade marks
All brand names on Plain Pulse, World of Tanks among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Plain Pulse, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.
10. Liability and the Australian Consumer Law
To the extent the law allows, EAS company s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
That limit applies only as far as the law permits. If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any such guarantee, any right or remedy under it, or any other right you have under Australian law that cannot be excluded. Where liability for a failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied. The ACCC publishes guidance on consumer guarantees.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. When they are, the effective date above changes. The version on this page at the time you read the site is the version that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where EAS company s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not displace any consumer protection available to you under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, or your right to bring a matter in the courts of your own place of residence where the law gives you that right.
