Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026

Who is responsible, and what this covers

This policy is issued by EAS company s.r.o., Svahová 986/6, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, company registration 04639651, contactable at info@plainpulse.online. EAS company s.r.o. publishes plainpulse.online and decides how personal information connected with the site is handled.

Personal information connected with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner sets out at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles.

This policy covers the domain plainpulse.online and nothing else. The affiliate link at https://price-low.eu/a/lYrW4czrRqcYw2r, every Australian government site linked from the course, and any other site you reach from here operate under their own policies, which you should read on those sites.

The sections below walk through all thirteen Australian Privacy Principles in order, saying what each one means on this particular site. Where a principle has little to apply to, that is said plainly rather than padded out.

APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information

This page is that openness. It is linked from the footer of every page of the site, costs nothing to read and requires no account. The site is a static set of HTML files with no database, no content management system and no user accounts, which is why so much of what follows is a statement that something does not happen.

APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity

You can read every page of this site, including every step and every checklist, without identifying yourself in any way. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and need not give a name. The one exception is an access or correction request about information we hold: to answer it honestly we need enough detail to connect the request to the information, and with a mailbox that usually means writing from the address the earlier correspondence came from.

APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information

Two categories of information exist, and no others.

Server access logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs. Each entry can contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.

Email you send us. If you write to info@plainpulse.online, we hold your email address, any name you choose to give, the content of your message and any attachment you include.

Nothing else is collected. There are no forms and no input fields anywhere on this site. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no newsletter, no progress tracking and no quizzes. There are no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no web fonts, no analytics, no advertising tags, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. The site requests nothing from any other server: every style, script and graphic is served from plainpulse.online itself.

APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information

Sometimes an email contains personal information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details about a third person, an attachment sent in error, or more about your circumstances than the question required. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, that information is deleted or destroyed as soon as we notice it. Where it is not lawful or reasonable to destroy it, it is kept under this policy like anything else.

APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information

This page is the notification, and it is written before the fact rather than after. It tells you what is collected, by whom, why, how long it is kept, who it goes to, that it may be handled outside Australia, and how to ask for access or to complain. No separate notice is shown on the site, because there is nothing to consent to and a banner claiming otherwise would be untrue.

APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information

Access logs are used for three purposes: keeping the site secure, preventing and investigating abuse, and diagnosing faults. Email is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Nothing is used for anything else. Personal information from this site is never sold, rented, traded or shared for marketing by anyone. It is disclosed outside the recipients named below only where the law requires it — for example, a valid legal demand — and to establish or defend a legal claim.

APP 7 — Direct marketing

We do not use personal information for direct marketing. There is no mailing list and no newsletter, there are no course reminders, and writing to us does not add you to anything. If you email us, you get a reply and nothing further.

APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Two recipients handle information connected with this site: our hosting provider, which holds the access logs, and our email service provider, which holds the mailbox. Neither is named here because we do not publish supplier names, and neither receives anything beyond what is described in APP 3.

Both providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. EAS company s.r.o. is itself established in the Czech Republic, so correspondence sent to us is read and stored in the European Union. If you would rather not have your information handled outside Australia, the honest answer is not to email us; reading the site requires nothing from you beyond the ordinary access log entry that any web server records.

APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers

No government-related identifiers are adopted, used or disclosed. This site never asks for a tax file number, a Medicare number, a driver licence number or any similar identifier, and you should not send one.

APP 10 — Quality of personal information

The only personal information we hold that could be inaccurate is what you have told us in an email. If something in our correspondence with you is wrong or out of date, write to info@plainpulse.online and it will be corrected. Access logs are a machine record of events and are not edited.

APP 11 — Security of personal information

The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. There is no database on this site and no submissions are stored, because there is nothing on any page that submits. The hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for EAS company s.r.o., using individual credentials.

We hold no certification and claim no compliance with any standard beyond what is stated on this page. Information is destroyed or de-identified when the retention periods below have passed and it is no longer needed.

Retention. Access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course. Email is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, then deleted, unless it is needed for an actual or anticipated legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter ends.

APP 12 — Access to personal information

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy. Write to info@plainpulse.online with "Privacy request" in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot give access — for example, because giving it would reveal someone else's personal information — we will say so and explain why.

APP 13 — Correction of personal information

You may ask us to correct personal information we hold about you. The same address, the same subject line, the same 30 days, and no charge. If we decline to correct something we will tell you why, and you may ask us to attach a statement noting that you consider it inaccurate.

Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one

This site carries paid affiliate links to World of Tanks. Following one takes you off plainpulse.online. From that moment the destination site is in charge: World of Tanks and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us, under their own privacy policies rather than this one.

EAS company s.r.o. receives commission reports from that network. Those reports are used only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, request or receive information identifying individual readers from them, and we do not try to match anything in them to anyone who has visited this site.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, write to info@plainpulse.online with "Privacy complaint" in the subject. We will acknowledge it and respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess it promptly. Where the breach is likely to result in serious harm, we notify the people affected and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and nothing on the site is designed to identify anyone's age. Parents and carers reading the course on a young person's behalf need no account and give us nothing.

If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom

EAS company s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the following also applies.

Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in the security, integrity and correct functioning of the site. Our legal basis for handling email is taking steps to respond to your enquiry. We rely on no consent basis, because there are no cookies, no marketing and nothing else to consent to.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@plainpulse.online.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.

Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Material changes are flagged in a note at the top of this page for 30 days after they take effect, so that a returning reader can see that something has moved.
